Printcost is a module based system available in three powerful packs which may be purchased or leased. All systems include Printcost Xpert – which automates the quoting procedure by calculating the most cost effective way to produce the job – based on the specific setup and procedures of your business.
All systems also include the job planning board and the ability to produce job bags, delivery notes and labels, and invoices. The system includes reports for: quote follow-up for estimators and/or sales reps; quote conversion percentage by sales rep; work-in-progress; plus many more for job production and sales analysis. The Design module allows you to add or remove data fields, as well as to create and design forms such as quote letters and job bags specific to your company’s unique requirements.
With every Printcost system you also have the choice to use the integrated Accounts Receivable module to produce statements for your customers and Aged Debtors reports, or link to one of 25 different accounting packages such as MYOB, Sage or SAP.
Every Printcost system can be upgraded to the Full Accounting Suite, including Accounts Payable (Creditors) and General (Nominal) Ledger, as well as ePrintcost and Design Online.
The Security module included in every Printcost system also allows you control access to ensure that information is securely seen and used by those with appropriate authority.
Unlimited telephone and email support is an integral part of the maintenance agreement provided along with regular software upgrades for all systems.
